Rhythms Home Care, owned and run by Christian Living Communities, provides priority access to medical and non-medical assistance to Someren Glen residents when they need it.

Our compassionate care partners and specially trained staff offer extra support for residents to remain comfortable at home in our community, or bounce back from an illness or setback during recovery. We work to stay in sync with each resident’s personal rhythm of life so that we can provide unique, tailored support to keep you connected and well at home.

All senior home care team members are carefully screened, bonded and insured. Additionally, our care partners receive memory support training to help residents who are in need of dementia care.
