Someren Glen has been awarded the 2024 Pinnacle Quality Insight Customer Experience Award, placing our Senior Living Community in the top 15% of care providers in the nation. This is the thirteenth consecutive year that Someren Glen (previously The Johnson Center) has received this prestigious recognition from Pinnacle Quality Insight, a nationally renowned customer satisfaction firm that specializes in the senior care field.

This year, Someren Glen’s Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Neighborhoods were honored. Our Assisted Living neighborhood was recognized for Activities, while Skilled Nursing was recognized for Dignity and Respect, Professional Therapy Services, and Safety and Security. We are thrilled to be awarded in these categories, as they reflect Someren Glen’s commitment to quality care, enriching programs, and a resident-driven culture.

Receiving a Customer Experience Award is quite an honor. Of the 2,700 participating care providers, more than 150,000 customer interviews are conducted each year. Only those that are the 85th percentile or higher receive this award.

The Pinnacle Award is a meaningful accolade because it is based on monthly telephone interviews with residents and their families, as well as guests, over the course of 2023. Interviews included open-ended questions, as well the opportunity to rate us in specific categories. Residents, guests and families were able to express their genuine feedback to an unbiased third party. During the interview, people are free to share their honest thoughts and comments. Our Leadership Team then reads each survey for signs that reaffirm our extraordinary commitment to those we serve, while also looking for opportunities for continued growth and improvement.

We are also pleased to congratulate our fellow Christian Living Communities-Cappella Living Solutions sister communities that received this high honor this year: Clermont Park, Holly Creek, Cappella of Pueblo WestCappella of Grand Junction, Casey’s Pond, and Sunny Vista.
